 This beautifully, recently restored heritage home is located on Southampton’s main street and located only 1 block to Flag Beach.  Impeccably clean, very stylish and so very comfortable.  The main floor offers a large combined living room and dining room, a central sitting/dining room, an eat-in kitchen with walk-out to back deck, a bedroom and a 2 piece bathroom.  The second floor features 3 large bedrooms and a modern, 4 piece bathroom.  The 3rd floor loft has an additional living space, dining area and sleeping area.  You will be impressed and very comfortable staying at this majestic property.

Price:  $2500/week for up to 8 persons and $2800/week for 9 – 12 people, plus $75 booking fee or $1500/weekend (3 nights)

Parking for 2 Passenger Vehicles – NO commercial/recreational vehicles allowed without prior approval.  There is private driveway parking for 2 vehicle(s) plus street parking for more.

There is a basement apartment on the property with a separate side door access.  They do not have use of the back yard or front porch.

This is a non-smoking cottage.

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Linen Service:  We are able to provide all linens including: sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, dish towels and dish clothes – $35/person.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.

RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount plus a $75 Booking Fee is due upon reservations.  The balance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your rental period.  Payments must be made in full by the due date or your reservation cannot be guaranteed.  Payment can be made with Cash or by Interac Email Money Transfer.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:  In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with us, we will do our best to rebook the property and return your deposit minus $100 processing fee.  If the cottage remains vacant for that period, your deposit will be forfeited in full.  The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
