In the event that you need to cancel your stay with us, we will do our best to get the cottage rented out again for the rental period you have reserved.
If we do, we are happy to refund your deposit minus $113 (including HST) for Processing Fee.
If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your deposit will be forfeited.
If the rental price is reduced, the original Guest is responsible for the difference in the rental rate.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
