The property is currently listed for sale and in the event any appointment is requested to show, the guests will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice in writing. They are expected to have the property in a presentable state.
A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. Each months’ is payable on the 1st in cash or via Interac Email Money Transfer.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
