Linens:  Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Reservations:
A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s Licence of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).

Payment:
A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by Cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac Money Transfer.

Insurance: Tenants are required to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
