Nicely decorated and close to downtown shopping and dining and only a couple blocks to the beach.

Price: $2000/month with a cap of 4250/month on electricity and $150/month on Gas, plus a non-refundable $95 Booking Fee.

Tenant is responsible for: garbage and recycling, lawn maintenance, snow removal

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

A deposit of one month’s rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. Each month’s rent is due on the 1st in cash or via Interac Email Money Transfer.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
