The upper level has a spacious principal bedroom with palladium window and a walk-out to an upper deck overlooking the beach. The second floor also has a den and a full bathroom with a corner jet tub and separate shower. The basement has a recently completed rec room, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Price: $3500/month plus $95 Booking Fee.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking cottage. Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.

Linens:  Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s Licence of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).

A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by Interac E-Transfer.

Insurance: Tenants are recommended to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
