A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent.  Each months’ is payable on the 1^st in cash or via Interac Email Money Transfer.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
