Living room with gas fireplace and garden door walk-out to front porch with lake view. Fully equipped kitchen and a 4 piece bathroom. Fire pit and clothes line in back yard. Perfect location, across from the waterfront biking/walking trail.

Price:  $1500 for 2, $1800 for 3 people, $2000 for 5 people/month with caps of $150 on electricity and $100 on gas, including (water, basic satellite, internet/WI-FI)

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent.  Each months’ is payable on the 1st in cash or via Interac Email Money Transfer.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
