Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to downtown Southampton and a short stroll to the harbour and the beach. Eat in kitchen, living room and bath on main floor with 2 bedrooms upstairs. Private patio area behind cottage.

Price:  $1300/month plus $85 Booking Fee

Utilities Included in Rental Amount: (water and sewer, electricity, gas/oil/propane, telephone, cable/satellite, internet(wifi)

Tenant is responsible for garbage and recycling, lawn maintenance and snow removal.

AVAILABLITY:  October 1st – June 25th 2020

Occupants:  Maximum 2 people


Master – Double (sleeps 2)
2nd Bedroom – Twin x 2 (sleeps 2)


Bathroom 1 – 4 pc

Parking for 1 Passenger Vehicle – NO commercial/recreational vehicles allowed without prior approval.

There is private driveway parking for 1 vehicle.

****Any bikes, canoes, kayaks, boats, etc. at the property belong to the Owner and are not for use by the Tenant.

Pets: Sorry, no pets or Pets allowed with pre-approval at time of registration.

Smoking:  This is a non-smoking cottage.  Smoking is permitted outside however, butts must be disposed of properly and safely.

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. 

All linens are provided for you including: blankets, sheets, pillowcases, pillows and towels.


A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

A name of each Occupant must be listed on the Lease Agreement.

A copy of the Driver’s License of each Occupant is required up application.

A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.

A move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).


A Deposit of one month;s’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last months rent.  The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac Money Transfer.

Insurance:  Tenants are required to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
