A Deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. Each months’ rent is payable on the 1st in cash or via Interac Email Money Transfer.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.

Tenants are required to have their own Tenants insurance for Content and Liability.
