The main floor includes a spacious foyer/mudroom with space for all your winter gear, a bright living room with a gas fireplace and walk-out to the side yard, a spacious kitchen with a lot of natural sunline and plenty of cupboards and counter space, a separate formal dining room with a walk-out to the side yard, a family room with gas fireplace and walk-out to back yar and a powder room. The second floor features a principal bedroom with vaulted ceiling with a walk-out to a private deck and an ensuite bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms a full bathroom and second floor laundry. The fully finished basement has a rec room with a gas fireplace and a wet bar. There is also a 4th bedroom and another full bathroom.

Price: $3500/month plus $113 Booking Fee.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking cottage. Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.

Linens:  Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s Licence of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).

A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by Cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac Money Transfer.

Insurance: Tenants are encouraged to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
