Price: $2600/month plus a non-refundable Booking Fee of $113. There is a cap of $100/month on gas and $150/month on electricity.

This is a non-smoking cottage.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. Each months’ rents to be paid by Interac Email Money Transfer.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
