Utilities Included In The Rental Amount: water and sewer, electricity, gas, internet/WI-FI. Cap on electricity of $200/month and a cap on gas of $200/month. Charges over this amount is the responsibility of the Guest.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking cottage. Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.

Linens: Blanket, pillows, sheets and towels are provided.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s Licence of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).

A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by Interac E-Transfer.

Insurance: Tenants are required to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
