Recently renovated and super cute!  This 2 bedrooms cottage is centrally located in the heart of Southampton.  Just a couple blocks either way will take you to downtown, to shops and restaurants, the lighthouse at the pier, the beach or Pioneer Park.

AVAILABILITY:  September 2023 – June 2024

Price:  $1700/month, plus a $113 Booking Fee –  including water and sewer, electricity, gas, internet/WI-FI.  Cap of $250 on electricity.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. Each months’ is payable by Interac Email Money Transfer.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
