This cottage has three bedrooms and  4/piece bathroom, large eat-in kitchen and sunny living room with a gas fireplace to keep you cozy.

Price:   $2000/month plus $113 Booking Fee.

Utilities Included In The Rental Amount: water and sewer, electricity with a cap of $200.00/mo, gas with a cap of $100.00/mo/internet/WI-FI). Any overages on the cap amount are to be paid by the Tenant to HCP within 5 banking days from receipt of copy of utility bill.

Tenant is responsible for: garbage and recycling, lawn maintenance, snow removal

Smoking:  This is a non-smoking cottage.  Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.


Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.


A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

The name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.

Copies of the Driver’s License of each Occupant is required upon application.

A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.

Move-In and Move-Out Inspections are to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).


A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last months’ rent.  The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease.  Payment is accepted by Cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac Money Transfer.

Insurance:  Tenants are required to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
