Price:  $2200/month plus $113 Booking Fee.

Smoking:  This is a non-smoking cottage.  Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking. A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement. A copy of the Driver’s Licence for the Guest on the Agreement is required upon application. A valid credit card is required as security Deposit. A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Guest(s) must be present. Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Guest(s).

A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent.  The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first).  Payment is accepted by Interac Money Transfer.

Insurance:  Tenants are encouraged to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
