Lovely glass windows surround the dining area that also has a walk-out to the back deck area. The principal bedroom is also located on the main floor, along with a 5-piece semi-ensuite bathroom and laundry room with side door access. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms and sitting area on the landing.

Price: $2500/month, plus $95 Booking Fee.

Utilities Included In The Rent Amount: water and sewer, electricity, gas, cable, internet/WI-FI.

There is a cap of $200/month for electricity and $150/month on gas.  The Guest is responsible for any overages payable within 10 days of receipt of utility bill.

Tenant responsible for garbage and recycling, lawn maintenance and snow removal

Linens:  Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Reservations:
A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s Licence of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).

Payment:  A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by Cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac Money Transfer.

Insurance: It is strongly recommended that Tenants have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
