This is a large 4-bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms. The main floor has a living room, spacious eat-in kitchen with a walk-out to a deck, formal dining room, rec room a full 4-piece bathroom and a laundry. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a 4-piece bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, and another full 4-piece bathroom.

Price: $3000/month, plus $95 Booking Fee. There is a cap on electricity of $100/month and a cap on gas of $100/month.

Utilities Included: In The Rental Amount: water and sewer, electricity, gas, cable, internet/WI-FI

Tenant responsible for garbage and recycling, lawn maintenance and snow removal

Reservations:
A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s License of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).

Payment:
A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by Cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac E-Transfer.
