The living room has a nice pictures window, comfortable sectional sofa and a large screen, Smart TV. There is a separate dining with seating for 8. Convenient washer and dryer. Beautifully furnished and decorated.

Price: $2600/month, plus a non-refundable Booking Fee of $113. Monthly utility cap of $150 on gas and $150 on electricity. The Guest to pay overages.

Parking: NO commercial/recreational vehicles allowed without prior approval. There is private driveway parking for 3 vehicle(s).

Smoking: This is a non-smoking cottage. Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Lease Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s License of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant(s).

A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last month rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease (whichever comes first). Payment is accepted by Cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac Money Transfer.
