This is a non-smoking cottage.

There is private driveway parking for 2 cars.

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, linens and towels.

LINEN SERVICE:   We are able to provide all linens including: sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, dish towels and dish clothes – $65/person.

There is a booking fee of $113 is in addition to all rental rates quoted.  Non refundable.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m.

Check out time is 10 a.m.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

As a courtesy to the people arriving after your stay, please leave the cottage in a clean and broom-swept condition.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered guest.

RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 50% of the total amount owing for the rental duration plus Booking Fee is required to reserve the room.  The balance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your rental period.  Payments must be made in full by the due date or your reservation cannot be guaranteed.  Payment can be made by Interac Email Money Transfer.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:  In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with us, we will do our best to rebook the property and return your deposit minus $113 processing fee.  If the cottage remains vacant for that period, your deposit will be forfeited in full.  The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
