Riverside Retreat – $250/night or $1500/week (Southampton)

This unique property is located on South Rankin Street that runs along the river and there is a public boat launch just down the street and downtown is a short walk over the river. Pretty Pioneer Park, the pier and beach is also a short distance away. The property has 3 separate units totaling 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It sits on 1/3 of an acre with lots of room for everyone. The House is a century home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room and its own porches on both the front and back of the house. There is an addition off the side of the house with separate outside access that has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchenette, a small sitting area, and its own front porch. Also on the property is a pretty cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, eat-in kitchen, living room and front porch. Lots of parking out front.

The House (3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms) can be rented alone, or together with the apartment (3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom). The Cottage can be rented alone.

All 3 units can be rented together for large groups.

There is a $95 non-refundable Booking Fee.

Maximum Occupancy is 6 people – $400/night – minimum, 3 nights or $1800/week

House and Apartment (6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms)

Maximum Occupancy is 12 people – $550/night – minimum 3 nights, an additional $2700/week

Cottage (2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom)

Maximum Occupancy is 4 people – $250/night – minimum 3 nights, or $1400/week

This is a non-smoking cottage.

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.

RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount plus a $95 Booking Fee is due upon reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. Payments must be made in full by the due date or your reservation cannot be guaranteed. Payment can only be made by Interac Email Money Transfer.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with us, we will do our best to rebook the property and return your deposit minus $100 processing fee. If the cottage remains vacant for that period, your deposit will be forfeited in full. The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
