Lovely, modern property located on a quiet court in popular area of Southampton.  This 2 bedroom bungalow offers beautiful hardwood floors throughout, large living room with gas fireplace and walk-out to back deck.  The spacious kitchen is well-equipped.  The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.  Main floor laundry and unfinished basement for play space for the kids.  Additional sleeping area with double bed in unfinished basement.

Price: $2100/week plus a non-refundable $125 Booking Fee.

Master – Queen (sleeps 2)
2nd Bedroom – Queen (sleeps 2)
3rd Sleeping Area in Unfinished Basement – Queen (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 1 – 4 pc
Bathroom 2 – 3 pc (ensuite in master bedroom)

Full – unfinished – great play area for the kids on rainy days, plus a sleeping area with double bed

Parking for 3 passenger vehicles -Double car garage

***Any bikes, canoes, kayaks, boats, etc. at the property belong to the Owner and are not for use by the Tenant.

Pets:  With approval at the time of Booking.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.

Linens:  Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Linen Service is available for $65 per person and includes all bed linens, bath sheets, bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, beach towels, kitchen towels and dish cloths.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
