Price:  $2000/month plus utilities and a non-refundable $113 Booking Fee.

A Deposit of one months’ rent is required upon Booking this Property and held as last months’ rent. The First months’ rent is due on or before occupancy/date of commencement of lease. Payment is accepted by Cash, Certified Cheque or by Interac Money Transfer.

Tenants are required to have their own Tenant’s Insurance for content and liability.
