A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. Each months’ is payable on the 1st in cash or via Interac Email Money Transfer.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
