Kim Coulter is a resident of Saugeen Shores having relocated here with her young son from Milton, Ontario.  She has been licensed as a Realtor since 2003 and has always worked hard to impress her clients with her excellence in customer service and attention to detail.

Her past experience as General Manager of a hotel in Anguilla, B.W.I. made working in Property Management a natural transition.

Kim is very active in the community.  She has been a Director on the Saugeen Shores Chamber of  Commerce (2014 – 2016), Secretary to the Executive Committee for Pumpkinfest (2014-2016), a volunteer with the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre and as a volunteer driver for Home and Community Support Services.  She strongly believes in giving back to the community in which she lives.
