Price:  $1600/month including (water and sewer, electricity, gas/oil, cable, internet/WI-FI), plus a  non-refundable Booking Fee of $113.

Tenant responsible for (garbage and recycling)

Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

All linens are provided for you including: blankets, sheets, pillowcases, pillows and towels.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.

A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent.  Each months’ is payable by Interac Email Money Transfer.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
