This adorable cottage is located exactly where you want to be in Southampton. It’s a short stroll to the beach and the lot is a large double lot and very private with plenty of space for the kids to play and a large bench swing. The front porch is a great spot to sit and enjoy the lovely ambiance. The cottage has a open living room/dining room/kitchen area with a door to the size deck/yard and the back yard has a fire pit for camp fires at night! There are 3 cozy bedroom and a 3-piece bathroom with a shower it’s also has air conditioning and a cinema style popcorn maker for you to enjoy.
Price: $1600/month, plus a non-refundable Booking Fee of $150 (includes tax)

strong>Smoking: This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.
Linens: Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Reservations:
A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Rental Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s License of the Registered Guest is required at the time of Reservation.
A valid credit card is required as a Security Deposit.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Guest(s).
Payments: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount plus a non-refundable $150 Booking Fee is due upon making the Reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. Payments must be made in full by the due date or your reservation cannot be guaranteed. Payment are to be made by Interac E-Transfer.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with us, we will do our best to rebook the property and return your deposit minus $150 Processing Fee. If the cottage remains vacant for that period, your deposit will be forfeited in full. The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
