Reservations:
A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Rental Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s License of each Occupant is required upon application.
A valid credit card is required as Security Deposit.
A Move-In and Move-Out Inspection is to be done by HCP and the Tenant must be present.
Any cost to repair damage to the house or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Guest(s).
