Just steps to downtown Port Elgin, this lovely home on a large lot, has just finished being completely renovated. Everything is new and the home is beautifully furnished. A welcoming, enclosed entryway with glass windows leads to the front door with keyless entry. The spacious living room has a corner gas fireplace, natural wood beams and plenty of natural light. Gorgeous white kitchen with quartz counters, island with breakfast bar and all new stainless-steel appliances. Lovely glass windows surround the dining area that also has a walk-out to the back deck area. The principal bedroom is also located on the main floor, along with a 5-piece semi-ensuite bathroom and laundry room with side door access. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms and sitting area on the landing.
WEEKLY – $2000/week, plus a non-refundable Booking Fee of $113
NIGHTLY – $300/night, plus a non-refundable Booking Fee of $113

Smoking: This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted outside however, buts must be disposed of properly and safely.
Linens: Blankets and pillows are provided for you but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Our Linen Service: We are able to provide all linens including: sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, dish towels and dish clothes – $65/person (includes tax). All our linens are high quality brands including Glucksteinhome, Nautica, Distinctly Home, etc.
A signed Rental Agreement is required for each booking.
A name of each Occupant but be listed on the Rental Agreement.
A copy of the Driver’s License of the Registered Guest is required at the time of Reservation.
A valid credit card is required as a Security Deposit.
Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Guest(s).
Payments: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount plus a non-refundable $113 Booking Fee is due upon making the Reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. Payments must be made in full by the due date or your reservation cannot be guaranteed. Payment are to be made by Interac E-Transfer.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with us, we will do our best to rebook the property and return your deposit minus $113 processing fee. If the cottage remains vacant for that period, your deposit will be forfeited in full. The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
